We keep it simple: you pay rate + room. We handle everything else. That means you’ll cover our standard service rate and our hotel accommodations. Everything else — transportation, meals, luggage fees — is handled by us. No hidden costs, no stress.

4. Can you provide same-day edits?

Yes, we offer same-day photo or video edits for select projects, such as event highlights or event booth headshots. This service is based on availability and may require an additional fee. Let us know during planning if speed is key. We’ll deliver!

5. Do you deliver RAW files or just edited content?

By default, we provide fully edited, ready-to-use images and videos. If you need RAW files, we can include them for an additional fee to cover file handling and transfer logistics.

6. What’s your turnaround time?
